When a runner enquires through your profile, their contact details are sent to you directly — for registered accounts only. The account stays active for six months.
- Public coaching profile with your photo, area, club and verified certificates
- Listed on this page under your city and country
- A “Train with me” form on your profile
- You are told when a runner enquires
- Everything in the free profile
- Name, phone, email and message of every runner who enquires, sent to you the moment they do
- A “Registered coach” mark on your profile
- Pay by UPI or bank transfer once approved; activated the same day
Enquiries from runners always reach the club. Their contact details are shared with registered accounts only, and never sold or passed to anyone else. Registration does not renew automatically.

Questions coaches ask
Do I have to be in Gurugram?
No. The network is for coaches anywhere in India and abroad. Your profile names the area and city you represent, so runners near you find you.
What counts as a trainer certificate?
Any coaching or fitness qualification from a recognised body — athletics federation coaching levels, ASCA, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, RRCA, UESCA, a sports-science degree, or an equivalent in your country. If unsure, upload it and we will look.
What counts as a timed running certificate?
A finisher certificate from a chip-timed race — any distance from 5K up — showing your name and net time. A screenshot from the timing company’s results page is fine too. Strava or watch screenshots are not.
I coach in a small town. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Runners in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns search for a coach and find nobody listed. Your profile names your town and the area you cover, so you become the first result, and the club promotes new towns as they join.
What if my application is not approved?
We email you the reason. Most often it is a certificate we could not read or verify, and a clearer copy fixes it.
What does the ₹2,000 cover?
Six months of receiving the name, phone, email and message of every runner who enquires through your profile, plus the Registered mark. It does not renew on its own; we remind you before it ends.
Who owns the runners who contact me?
You do. The club takes no commission and does not get involved in your fees or your coaching. We only share a runner’s details with the coach they chose.
Can I take my profile down?
Any time — one email and it is gone, files included.
