strength training plan

Score yourself on three short screens you can do at home in about fifteen minutes, tell us what you are training for, and Coach Kundan will write you a strength and conditioning plan and email it over. No cost, no software — he reads each one himself, so give him a few days.

Questions? Talk to the coach. Response is subject to the coach's availability — he coaches, trains and races himself, so replies can take a little time. WhatsApp All the ways

First, who is this for?

The plan gets emailed to you, so we need somewhere to send it.

If you write anything here, we will not send a rehabilitation programme — that needs someone who can physically examine you. We will tell you so, and offer an in-person assessment instead.

These screens are a self-scored guide from a running club, not a medical or physiotherapy assessment. They cannot see you move and they do not diagnose anything. Stop any test that causes sharp pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery.

For something more accurate

Book an assessment and planning session

A form can only work with what you tell it. In a session the coach watches how you actually move, tests you properly, finds the asymmetries a self-score never catches, and builds the plan from what he sees — then takes you through it. If you are carrying an injury, coming back from surgery, or training for something that matters to you, this is the one to book. Coach Kundan holds a Bachelor's in Physical Education and ASCA certification.
