Runners are better
in a group

Most people who start running alone stop within a few months. This is what stops that happening.

Questions? Talk to the coach. Response is subject to the coach's availability — he coaches, trains and races himself, so replies can take a little time. WhatsApp All the ways
STEP 01

Get in touch

Send us a message and the coach will get back to you with where and when to come along.

STEP 02

Turn up and run

Come to a group run. You will be put with people running your pace — no dropping, no waiting alone at a junction, no ego.

STEP 03

Post your run daily

Share the day's run in the group — distance, time, and how it actually felt. Seeing everyone else's morning is what gets you out of bed on the days you would rather not.

STEP 04

Race together

Pick a race off the calendar and train for it with people going to the same start line. Travel together, warm up together, celebrate together.

Everyone starts somewhere
You do not need a target time, a running watch, or any experience at all. If you can walk, you can start — and there is someone in this group who was exactly where you are.
Running journeys

From "I cannot run 1 km" to a finish line

Everybody on a start line was a beginner once. Tell us where you started, where you are now, and back it up with a timing certificate — it goes up here so the next beginner can see it is possible.

No journeys posted yet

Be the first. Somebody who has never run a step will read yours and decide to start.

Share your running journey

Back it up with a timing certificate

Optional, but it is what makes a journey real to the next reader. Most Indian races email a certificate or let you download one from the results page — paste that link, or send it to us on WhatsApp and we will add it.

Nothing appears straight away — the coach reads every submission. Once approved it is public on this page with the name and city you give, so use only what you are happy for anyone to see.

The run wall

What the club is doing this week

Runs, paces, what people eat before and after, what keeps them healthy. Post yours and it goes up here once the coach has read it.

Nobody has posted yet

Be the first. Tell the club what you ran today and what keeps you going.

Post your run

Read before you post: nothing appears straight away — the coach reads every post first. Once approved it is public on this page with the name and city you give, so use only what you are happy for anyone to see. Supplements and routines are each member's own account, not advice from the club.
